Deerfield Township trustees will vote Tuesday, July 21, on a liquor permit for Beeline Mason, a drinks-only cocktail bar planned for 5200 District Park Drive, Suite G110, inside the District at Deerfield.
The bar is operated by 4EG Deerfield, LLC, a subsidiary of Cincinnati-based Four Entertainment Group. Attorney Brad Thomas confirmed the business name in a July 13 email to the township. The Deerfield location will be 4EG's fourth Beeline, joining existing bars in northern Kentucky, Columbus, and Naples, Florida, according to a Realm Cincinnati profile.
Beeline applied for a Class D-5J Community Entertainment District permit, which allows sales of beer, wine, spirits, and mixed beverages until 2:30 a.m. The application was filed July 7 and received by the township July 13, according to permit records.
No objections came from any reviewing agency. Planning and Zoning Director P.J. Ginty confirmed no issues and noted an interior renovation and signage zoning certificate has been approved. The Deerfield Township Fire Department and Warren County Sheriff's Office also raised no concerns.
The township administration recommends the board not request a hearing on the permit. Responses to the Ohio Division of Liquor Control must be postmarked by Saturday, August 8.
4EG has posted job listings for cocktail servers at the location, citing a summer 2026 opening. The bar does not serve food. Its name references a 19th-century railway that connected Cincinnati and Columbus.
