The Deerfield Regional Stormwater District board will review five active stormwater cases when it meets Tuesday, Oct. 13, at 6 p.m. in Mason.

The five cases cover addresses across Deerfield Township, according to the board's posted agenda. Two carry the label "RFA," a designation prior agendas have used for resident requests for assistance: Case 2026-24 at 2188 Hibiscus Dr. and Case 2026-25 at 8829 Meadow Dr. Case 2026-23 at 7754 Clearwater Ct. is labeled "MSCL," which prior agendas have applied to main storm sewer line issues. The remaining cases are 2026-17 at 6517 Owlwood Dr. and 2026-19 at 9583 Davis Rd.

The Davis Road case carried over from the board's Sept. 8 meeting.

The board will also enter executive session under Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(3) to meet privately with its attorney over disputes tied to pending or imminent court action. The agenda does not identify the parties or subject matter. The same executive session provision appeared on both the September and August agendas.

Case numbers on the October agenda run as high as 2026-25, meaning the district has opened at least 25 stormwater cases of all types so far this year. That figure includes RFAs, storm sewer line cases and other categories. By comparison, the district responded to 24 resident requests for assistance across all of 2023 and managed 16 stormwater improvement projects that year, according to a Deerfield Township quarterly report.

Beyond the five cases, the agenda lists approval of Sept. 8 meeting minutes, a treasurer's report with purchase orders and monthly invoices, and a public forum. The forum is limited to one speaker per topic.

The meeting is at the district's offices at 4900 Parkway Dr., Suite 150, Mason. The board meets monthly, but no November meeting date has been posted.
