Sycamore Presbyterian Church is offering a free six-week course on communication and listening skills, open to anyone in the Mason area.

The workshop, called "Communicate for a Change," begins Thursday, Sept. 17, and runs through Thursday, Oct. 22. Sessions meet from 7 to 9 p.m. at the church, 11800 Mason Road.

The course focuses on four listening-centered skills. Lead Pastor Ross Reddick said the program fits a wide range of participants.

"This course is ideal for individuals who want to strengthen how they relate to others and who want to experience more effective, meaningful relationships," Reddick said in the Warren County Post announcement.

The workshop is the latest in Sycamore's Thrive Together series, which hosted a four-week gratitude course in April and May. No church membership is required.

Residents can register at sycamorechurch.breezechms.com/form/CFAC or call (513) 683-0254.
