Beeline Ales & Spirits opens Friday in Deerfield Township, bringing a train-themed cocktail bar to The District at Deerfield.
The grand opening starts at 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, at 5200 District Park Drive, Suite G110, as first reported by the Warren County Post. The bar will offer giveaways, free merchandise and sweet treats while supplies last. A DJ takes over from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.
The 3,379-square-foot space includes indoor and outdoor seating. It is the fourth location for Cincinnati-based Four Entertainment Group (4EG), joining Beeline bars in Newport, Columbus and Naples, Florida.
Beeline's name nods to the historic railroad line that once connected Cincinnati and Columbus. That train theme carries into the drink menu, with signature cocktails like the bourbon-based Night Train and the tequila-driven Smokestack.
Sajel Ryan, 4EG's marketing director, told the Warren County Post the bar also stocks a full non-alcoholic section with mocktails and non-alcoholic beers. "You've got to try the Lavender Lemon Drop Martini," she said of her personal favorite, which features lavender-infused vodka.
Monday through Friday, Beeline opens at 4 p.m., with happy hour running from 4 to 7 p.m. and select offerings at half price. Saturdays and Sundays open at 2 p.m. Thursdays feature a ladies-night promotion with $7 martinis from 7 p.m. until close. DJs play Friday and Saturday nights.
Beeline joins a tenant roster at The District that already includes PINS Mechanical, Fifty West Brewing Company, Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams, Café Patachou and 101 Craft Kitchen. The Eagle recently opened, and Pepp & Dolores is expected to follow. The 28-acre mixed-use development also holds 362 apartments.
Ryan said Beeline can serve guests through the development's designated outdoor refreshment area (DORA) during certain outdoor events, letting patrons carry drinks into common spaces for concerts and other programming.
