Deerfield stormwater board eyes three sewer projects Tuesday

The Deerfield Regional Stormwater District board will consider three new storm sewer projects when it meets Tuesday, Sept. 8, at 6 p.m.

The projects, listed on the meeting agenda, are at Yorkshire Subdivision (project 2025-15), 9583 Davis Road (project 2026-19) and 8388 Timber Lane (project 2026-20). The agenda does not describe the scope or cost of any of the three.

The board will also take up a 2027 working agreement with the Warren County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) for MS4 stormwater permit compliance. The township's current SWCD agreement expires Dec. 31, 2026.

An executive session is scheduled under Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(3), which allows a public body to meet privately with its attorney over pending or imminent court action. The same provision appeared on the board's Aug. 11 agenda. No details about the litigation have been made public.

The meeting is at 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 150, in Mason.
